2012 Olde Town Fall Festival

Saturday, October 20, 2012 in Conyers, GA at the Old Town Conyers Festival; We did the "Welcome to the Festival" on both stages. We talked the upcoming events at the festival; out WU Titles; and our charity work. We walked around the festival meeting and talking to attendees. A great fall day for a festival! Treats for 2 - Bake Sale

On Saturday, 10/13/12 at the Walmart in Madison, GA - the Miss Spirit Relay Queens and the volunteers from the Humane Society of Morgan County joined together for a bake sale. A lot of treats were sold and many donations were given. The grand total for the 4 hour sale was $500.00 -- giving both organization $250.00 each. WAY TO GO!!

Miss Spirit Relay Pageant 2013

On Sunday, 10/7/12 -- I organized & produced the 2013 Morgan County Relay for Life Pageant was held at Morgan Co Middle School in Madison, GA -- After all the judging and monies was counted - We raised 946.00 for the fight against cancer. Congrats to all the new Miss Spirit Relay Queens!!

World Universal Dinner

On Saturday evening = 09/29/12 at Ruby Tuesday located in Greenville, SC - WU Pageant had a nice dinner and crowned some more queens. Fun had by all!

2013 Newton Co Relay for LIfe Kickoff

On the evening of September 17, 2012, We celebrated the 2012 RFL and welcomed the 2013 RFL season. I read the survivor poem (I am cancer survivor) and gave out the top team fund raising awards. The 2012 Newton Co Relay for Life raised over 254,000 for the fight against cancer. As a committee member -- I am also helping to raise monies for the fight against cancer!

September 6, 2012 -- I went with Courtney with HSMC & 2 puppies to the Madison Rehab & Nursing Home to share the LOVE! The residents love the puppies & made my heart full seeing them smile. I was not allowed to take pictures inside the center but I did get a pic with Tina!
